A Treat for My Baby: Background, Labels & Buttons

What Am I Blogging For?

My first MILK post is about what a blog is and the different types of blogs. I ended the lesson with these questions: "Why do I want to blog? What's my purpose?" 

I hope I've given you enough time to think, reflect, and answer these questions to yourself.  Perhaps, you already have a blog before you knew about The BLOG BABY. If so, my question would be, "Why do you have a blog?"

Today, we'll talk about the purpose of blogging or the reason why you have a blog. 

I guess each and everyone of us has his or her own purpose and whatever that purpose is, it boils down into two main blog categories...the I-Am-Me Blog (personal) and the Bread and Butter Blog (business).

Why Do You Want to Blog?

If you want to blog because you want to write about someone you really hate or you hate the world that you want everyone to know how ugly and bad the world is, then you must stop. I'm telling you right now, it's not healthy! Just because you feel upset right now doesn't mean the whole world should feel bad too, or make people hate the world they live in like you do. Remember this, either you are in your good times, bad times, or it is yet to come, life is always summed up in three words - IT GOES ON! I'd suggest you just throw eggs at the door of your neighbor if that Mr. Rude Guy messed up with your lawn, perhaps throw a big punch in a classmate's face who's bullying you around. Ooops! I'm just kidding! Don't you dare do it or do it at your own risk, but I'm telling you...it's not nice. Did I say that the BLOG BABY will not only teach you how to make your blog cute? She'd also teach you how to be cute and pretty or handsome in real life. ;) 

Okay, enough with the throwing and punching Let's go back to business! 

The BLOG BABY's advice is to blog with a good purpose. If you love music, then blog about music. You can write anything that inspires you. If you want to blog about music but your purpose is to say things that are not cool especially for music lovers, then you are just wasting your time. Either people will hate you now or time will come when you have learned to love music, you'd hate yourself for blogging and saying bad things. So, save yourself from that situation. Blog with a good purpose, with good intentions.

If you ask me what's my purpose and why The BLOG BABY was created, my purpose is to inspire people and share my experiences. I aim to inspire blog newbies and help them create cute blogs. I am just someone who loves to share her inspirations, knowledge, skills, experiences, and has the passion to create and write. These are my reasons. 

Now, if you already have found some inspiration and realized your purpose, I'll be more than happy to help you create your blog, whether it's for personal or business use. 

My next MILK post will help you choose or decide the best blog platform to use for blogging. So, stay tuned my dear blog babies. For now, stay inspired and be happy! :))
